These terms cover the Crunchy app and this website. They are effective as of 16 February 2023, and were updated on 19 September 2026. By using the app, you agree to them.
The service
Yugakhan provides Crunchy free of charge, with optional ads and an optional one-time unlock. The app is a sound player. It is not a medical device, and it does not diagnose, treat, or prevent any condition.
Use
You may use the app for personal listening. Do not copy the sound library, videos, or artwork for redistribution. Do not try to break the purchase checks or the ad system.
Purchases and ads
Store billing, refunds, and subscriptions follow Apple’s or Google’s rules. Third-party ad services have their own terms, including Google AdMob.
Changes and availability
Sounds, features, and these terms can change. The app is provided as is, without a promise that it will be uninterrupted or fit a particular purpose.
