General Privacy Policy

How Creative Lab products and browser extensions handle information by default. Product-specific pages may add or clarify details for that product.

Effective: October 2026

1. Introduction

Creative Lab (“we,” “our,” or “us”) builds software including browser extensions and related tools. This general privacy policy describes our default approach to privacy. If a product has its own privacy page (for example Mu Dashboard), that page controls for that product where it differs from this one.

2. What we typically process

Unless a product policy says otherwise, our apps are designed to work locally on your device. We may store on your device:

  • Settings and preferences (language, UI options, feature toggles)
  • Feature state needed for the product to work (for example local caches or drafts)
  • Optional purchase / unlock status when you buy a paid feature through a payment provider

We do not operate a general advertising or analytics backend that tracks your browsing across the web for our extensions’ core features.

3. What we do not collect by default

  • Page content, form data, or passwords from websites you visit
  • Browsing history sold or used for advertising
  • Keystrokes or clipboard contents (unless a product explicitly needs a clipboard feature you choose to use, and then only as described in that product’s policy)
  • Personal identifiers for marketing from our own first-party telemetry (unless a product policy discloses otherwise)

4. Permissions

Browser extensions only request permissions needed for their features. Each store listing and product privacy page explains why those permissions are used. Optional permissions are requested only when you enable the related feature.

5. Network and third parties

Many of our products work without sending your feature data to servers we operate. When a product uses a third party (for example payment via ExtensionPay), that use is limited to the purpose described in the product privacy page. Payment card data is processed by the payment provider, not by Creative Lab metrics backends.

6. Data storage and deletion

Local data is stored with the browser’s extension storage APIs. You can remove it by clearing extension data or uninstalling the product.

7. Children’s privacy

Our products are not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

8. Changes

We may update this policy from time to time. The “Last updated” date at the top will change when we do. Material changes for a specific product may also be noted in that product’s store listing or update notes.

9. Contact

Privacy questions: yugakhans@gmail.com

You can also use the contact or support channel listed on the relevant Chrome Web Store (or other store) item page.

10. Consent

By installing or using our products, you agree to the applicable privacy policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the product.
