本隐私政策适用于《智慧大训练》（Smart Nine / 经典九宫棋），由龙球工作室（Dragon Ball Studio，以下简称"我们"）开发与发布。请在使用本应用前仔细阅读本政策。

一、我们不收集你的身份信息

本应用无需注册或登录。我们不收集你的姓名、电话、电子邮箱、位置、通讯录，也不使用设备标识符或广告标识符（IDFA）进行追踪。应用内没有广告，不接入任何第三方广告、分析或追踪 SDK。

二、离线模式：数据全部留在本地

人机对战、双人对战等离线模式下，你的对局记录、战绩统计与设置仅保存在设备本地，不会上传到任何服务器，全程无需联网。

三、在线对战与全球排行榜

仅当你主动选择使用「在线实时对战」或「全球排行榜」功能时，以下信息会传输到我们自己的服务器：

• 你在应用内设置的游戏昵称（用于匹配与榜单展示）
• 对局结果与得分（用于排行榜计算与公平竞技）

这些服务器与我们的游戏服务仅由我们自己运营，不向任何第三方共享。请不要使用真实姓名或其他可识别你身份的昵称。你可以随时在应用内修改或清除昵称，或邮件申请删除服务器上的相关记录。

四、系统权限

本应用仅在使用在线模式时需要网络访问；离线模式完全不需要联网，也不请求任何其他系统权限。

五、未成年人隐私

本应用不面向儿童收集任何信息。我们建议未成年人在监护人指导下使用在线对战功能，并避免使用可识别身份的个人资料。

六、数据的删除

卸载本应用将清除设备上的全部本地数据；服务器上的昵称与对局记录可由你通过下方邮箱申请删除，我们将在核实后 15 个工作日内处理。

七、政策更新

若本政策发生变化，我们会更新本页面顶部的「更新日期」，重大变更会通过官网或应用内提示的方式告知你。

This Privacy Policy applies to Smart Nine (Classic Nine-in-a-Row), developed and published by Dragon Ball Studio ("we"). Please read it before using the app.

1. We Do Not Collect Identifying Information

No sign-up or sign-in is required. We do not collect names, phones, emails, locations or contacts, and use no device/ad identifiers (IDFA) for tracking. The app has no ads and integrates no third-party advertising, analytics or tracking SDKs.

2. Offline Modes: Everything Stays Local

In offline modes (vs AI, two-player), your match history, stats and settings are stored solely on your device, never uploaded, and require no internet connection.

3. Online Battles & Global Leaderboard

Only if you actively choose the "Online Real-time Battle" or "Global Leaderboard" features, the following is transmitted to our own servers:

• Your in-app game nickname (used for matchmaking and leaderboard display)
• Match results and scores (used for ranking and fair play)

These servers are operated solely by us and never shared with third parties. Please don't use your real name or any identity-revealing nickname. You can change or clear your nickname in the app anytime, or email us to have the related records deleted.

4. System Permissions

Network access is used only for online modes; offline play needs no connection and no other system permissions are requested.

5. Children's Privacy

The app does not collect information from children. We recommend minors use online features only under guardian supervision and avoid identity-revealing profiles.

6. Data Deletion

Uninstalling erases all local data on your device; nicknames and match records on our server can be deleted upon your email request, processed within 15 business days after verification.

7. Policy Updates

If this policy changes, we will update the "Effective date" above and notify you via this website or an in-app notice for material changes.
